My first interest in food was always taste—my interest and passion for cooking developed through my curiosity for world cuisine and fermentation. The transformation from earth to plate is fascinating, and food plays a critical role in overall well-being, physically and psychologically, through the pleasure we derive from cooking and eating. I propose private or small group classes to explore various types of cuisine. Whether you’re simply curious, want to create things you’ve never tried, incorporate more healthy vegetarian meals in your diet, or learn more about fermentation- the options are endless! Kombucha and Fermentation
Passionate about fermentation and its health benefits, I offer workshops to help you discover the different processes and how to ferment at home. This includes brewing your own kombucha, creating and maintaining a sourdough starter, or making your own fermented foods such as kimchi or sauerkraut.
